Tasting Menu We have a small charge for tasting sake. One grass is \140. Set of three are \400. You can choose it from next 4 types. ① Gensyu"Hidamasamune"2004BY This is 20%　aldohol. It's good to drink cold. 900ml 　　1,480yen 1800ml 　　2,550yen ② Honjouzou"Ten-On" 2004BY This is our most popular sake　and 15%　alclhol. It's good to drink hot, warm or cold. 720ml　　　1,180yen 1800ml　　　2,300yen ③ Junmaisyu"Yamahida"2001BY This is our driest sake and 15% alcohol. We recommend drinking it warm. But of course, it's good to drink in various way. 720ml　　　1,330yen 1800ml　　　2,650yen ④ Orizake"Hidaji" This is a milky sake and 14% alcohol. It's medium dry. The precipitation is very fine rice solids. Shake well before pouring. 900ml 　　1,180yen 1800ml　　2,040yen You can also try home-made "Ume liqueur" SOLD OUT This "Ume liqueur" is made from "Gensyu Hidamasamune". No bottling. A glass is 300yen.
