and rich. This Junmai koshu stands out in terms of its compatibility at
various temperatures. It has different characteristics depending on the
year it was brewed and also tastes very different if served warm or cold.
The most unique one is this Junmaishu. Generally, people have a strong
reaction and either really like it or dislike it.

"Hida Sansui" (Futsushu)

Hida Sansui is a sugar-free honjozo type of sake. Mature aroma reminiscent
of steamed chestnuts, sponge cake and maple syrup. This sake has a solid
body, This sake has a good acidity and is not cloying.The upper limit of
alcohol addition for regular sake is slightiy higher than for Honjouzoushu.

This is a "nigori"(cloudy) sake. It is very different from the
ohters and you will probably either love it or hate it.Unlike many Nigori-zake,
this have asmooth texture with no grains of "moromi". You will
feel a little sweet.
Shake the bottle well before serving.

Our premium Umeshu is made by highesst quality Minabe Nankko-Ume in our
aged sake "Genshu Hidamasamune 2011BY (not distilled spirits) with
rock sugar.
By using twice as much as tha usual amount of ume, our product has the
rich the deep flavor.
Please don't botherd by some clooudy sediment at the bottom of bottle.They
are mainly pectin derived from ume.
